Regular sales calls / negotiations with product managers and decision makers at existing and potential business partners.
Sourcing and coordinating appointments for clients during visits to the UK (be it for World Travel Market or for any separate visits), as well as accompanying on them meetings / providing transportation if required.
Assistance with sourcing/coordinating appointments at trade fairs outside the UK (eg ITB, ATF, ILTM, PURE) and attendance if required.
Providing product training for sales staff within partner travel companies.
Handling press and fam trips.
Organising and escorting educational trips for the identified key producers in the market.
Participation at workshops, consumer shows and other events that are deemed relevant to enhancing clients’ business prospects.
Regular exposure on social media.
Recommending new strategies to help maximise sales in accordance with market trends and assisting with developing/implementing tactical promotions etc.
Regular e-blasts to the trade with product updates, announcements etc.
Maintaining regular contact with the relevant tourism bodies and airlines, as well as the UK offices (where applicable) of DMCs operating in clients' regions.
Submitting regular (either monthly or bi-monthly) reports to clients detailing all recent sales & marketing activities carried out, recommendations for forward actions to be taken, as well as highlighting any notable industry updates or trends that are pertinent to clients’ objectives in the market.

Acting as a UK office / point of contact on behalf of clients to deal with any enquiries relating to product or other matters.
